2024 is Year of the Dragon. You know I love making dragon pins, and I'm extra excited for this one. I included design elements of Chinese, European and Southeast Asian dragons. Too cute!

The lantern is inscribed with the character 福, which means 'luck' or 'fortune', and is commonly associated with the Chinese New Year.
